Bungee Fitness

Inspired by dance, aerial, and circus. Our low impact, high cardio, core strengthening bungee classes are stimulating workouts not only based on choreography and fun but lots of toning. In this class, you'll learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness from balance, squats, jumps, and push-ups.  This class will get the heart rate up, all while having fun. Are you ready to soar to a new workout routine? 

Strength/HITT

Our strength/HIIT classes are designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. We teach movements and techniques that involve the performance of physical exercises that are designed to not only improve strength, but increase endurance. Building muscle does not have to mean looking bulky. Come join us to build long, lean muscles.

Rebound

Rebound is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline (rebounder). It can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bones. It is gentle on the joints and allows you to work your cardiovascular system without taxing the body.

POUND

POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement. Not only does it offer a vigorous physical workout, it can lower stress levels, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, and combat chronic pain, anxiety, and fatigue. 

Barre Fusion

Barre fusion is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles.  Classes involve high-repetition bodyweight exercises that hold the muscles of the legs, abdominals, glutes and arms under tension with the use of resistance bands for extended periods.

Resistance Pilates

Resistance Pilates is the best of resistance training, Pilates Reformer and Pilates all wrapped into one!

Using controlled and precise movements, we focus on core stabilization, alignment and toning muscles. Connect mind, body and soul while toning and breaking a sweat. 

This class uses special wall anchored resistance bands. Shoes are not allowed on mats (please bring socks) and fitted athletic attire is recommended.

Trapeze Yoga

Trapeze Yoga is the inversion therapy of your dreams. It is a style of yoga that uses a hammock like swing with straps and offers many things that your mat class might be missing like activating your posterior chain, passive backend holds, and spinal traction. It engages in supported traditional-style mat poses and overall builds a great deal of upper body, core, and grip strength. 

Cardio Yoga

Cardio yoga is a more intense version of traditional yoga, which is generally not thought of as cardio. It combines yoga-inspired and dynamic movements in various sequences to increase and sustain an elevated heart rate, helping train your heart and burn calories. It also focuses a lot on foot work. 

Plan to be barefoot for this class. You are welcome to bring your own mat.

Personal Training

Personal training is private training with a professional personal trainer to help people identify their personal health and fitness goals by designing exercise and fitness programs. Personal trainers will educate and motivate people to help them to safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals. Got a busy life? Nervous to exercise with other people? To long of a commute? No problem! We offer virtual personal training as well.

 

At the LOOK Med Spa and Fitness, you and your dedicated personal trainer will create a plan that's tailored to your goals—and together, you'll work to unlock the results you want. At every step of the way, you'll be driven by a passionate trainer using the latest science during in-club sessions and/or at home with Virtual Personal Training.
